Artist Reception: Jake Higgins

Scotts Valley Library Friends hosted a reception for local artist Jake Higgins on July 19, 2025. About 30 people came to see Jake's paintings and collages. Refreshments were provided by the Friends and coffee was donated by Cruise Coffee.
